A couple food freezing facts

People constantly ask "How long can I freeze X?" and the answer is pretty simple.. Forever!
Food kept frozen at 0 F or below will be "safe" to eat until the day the earth explodes or something.
Freezer burn does not make food unsafe to eat just unappetizing.
The quicker food freezes the better so if your putting away multiple things to freeze don't stack them.
Recommended storage times take into account normal freezer burn and food quality.
The better you seal an item the longer the quality of the food, vacuum sealed food will keep its quality the longest.
