Moving into 2010

I really don't post enough on my personal site as I should, when I do get a chance to post its on http://www.phpjack.com and of a technical nature so my first resolution is to be more active, not only online but IRL as well.

My second resolution is to relearn C. I say relearn because the last time I programmed something truly useful in C was back in my high school days (20 some years ago, god I am old) so I am extremely rusty.

Take real vacations, I can't remember the last time I took more then a week off at once except when my kid was born and even then I could never truly relax because the company I worked at relied on me to much so I was always waiting for the next problem/phone call. My first start, a 6 day cruise Western Caribbean cruise in March!

My final wish for the New Year is to make it to a International Conference, although due to the expense in flying (I can't go overseas without my wife I would be castrated) I am not sure if this is going to happen.
